Male adolescents play an important role in maintaining reproductive health; however, reproductive health education has predominantly focused on female adolescents. Limited knowledge, attitudes, and responsibility regarding reproductive health among male adolescents may increase their vulnerability to unhealthy behaviors. This community aimed to improve male adolescents' knowledge, attitudes toward reproductive health, and responsibility for maintaining reproductive health through BRO-CARE (Boys Responsible for Reproductive Health Care)-based education. The program employed a one-group pre-test and post-test design involving 21 male eleventh-grade students at SMK Turen. The BRO-CARE program was implemented through interactive lectures, group discussions, educational videos, case simulations, interactive quizzes using Kahoot!, and evaluations using Google Forms. The results showed an increase in the proportion of participants achieving good scores across all measured outcomes. After participating in the educational program, the proportion of participants with good knowledge increased from 15% to 63%, good attitudes toward reproductive health increased from 19% to 36%, and good responsibility increased from 6% to 24%. These findings indicate that the interactive technology-assisted educational approach has the potential to improve male adolescents' knowledge, attitudes, and responsibility regarding reproductive health. However, the evaluation was conducted immediately after the intervention; therefore, further follow-up and long-term evaluation are needed to determine the sustainability of the program's impact on reproductive health-related behavioral changes among male adolescents.
