Abstract

Nutritional status is an important indicator for monitoring children's growth and development. However, the process of assessing nutritional status at Integrated Healthcare Centers (Posyandu) is still largely performed manually, making it time-consuming and prone to calculation errors. This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in using the One-Click Nutrition Application through the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach. The program was conducted at Gurame Posyandu RW 011, Pamulang Timur, South Tangerang City, and consisted of problem identification, training sessions, application demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, mentoring, and evaluation. The evaluation employed pre-test, post-test, and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results showed that the participants' average score increased from 79% in the pre-test to 97% in the post-test. Furthermore, the One-Click Nutrition Application achieved an average SUS score of 94.83, which falls into the Excellent, Grade A, and Acceptable categories. These findings indicate that the training effectively enhanced the cadres' competencies and that the application offers excellent usability to support the digitalization of Posyandu services and the early detection of nutritional problems among children.
